Working with Jess was phenomenal — her styling and assistance in bringing together our vision was immensely helpful especially for our last minute corporate event. Of which our guests were highly impressed. She handled everything from the caterers, entertainment, styling and was wonderful in organizing suppliers, setting up & packing down the event — her communication was magnificent before, during and after the event and I look forward to working with her again in the future. I own and operate a small business called Frosé & Co. We were hired by Jess from Sass Events to work one of her amazing events. When I say amazing it was out of this world amazing! She was an absolute delight to work with, every transaction and instruction was super smooth. The amount of time, effort and passion she puts into her work for her clients really showed. We were blown away by the atmosphere and aesthetic she created. No detail was over-looked. Can't recommend her more highly, you will not be disappointed 🙂

Jess styled the most amazing event for my daughters joint christening. She nailed the brief and the budget and took so much stress off me. It was amazing to walk into an event on the day and have it all styled and put together perfectly without me having to lift a finger. Even the venue was impressed with the styling and all the guests were left spechless “it’s like we’re at a mini wedding”. Not to mention it didn’t break the bank. Super impressed can’t wait to do it again for my next event!

Words can’t express my gratitude for Jessica and her team.

My daughters first Birthday + Christening meant the world to me, and it was PERFECT!!

If you’re contemplating a need for a Christening planner, don’t think twice and go with Jessica. There’s so much that’s involved and for a stress-free process, have it all handled by a professional. Trust me when I say I thought I knew most details I needed covered, but I didn’t and Jessica & co gave me and insight as to what was needed to achieve my vision and had all the right contacts for it!

Jess is a honest, humble and a exceptional Event Planner and I am incredibly lucky to have had her help.

Jess always made us feel that she had everything 100% under control. Being truthful about ideas that would and wouldn’t work to achieve my angels event, you definitely want someone who will show and bring your idea to life along with that latest trends I had no idea existed.

100% worth the service, I’d definitely recommend Jessica to anyone who’s planning a small or large event.

If it was possible to rate 0 stars I would. I'm writing this review almost 6 months after working with Sass Events as it has taken that long to recover and come to terms with the stress and regret, I was left with.

Jess was extremely unprofessional and left many things to the last minute. I was assured she could complete my vision within an agreed upon budget only to tell me that my budget needed to be "doubled" the WEEK BEFORE the event. She finally provided me with these invoices days before the event where I had no choice but to go ahead or cancel the event entirely. I received a "vision board" (and I use that term loosely) a week before the event, after prompting, despite having contacted her 2 months prior and following up multiple times. "There's plenty of time" I was assured, leaving me to finalise details days before the event. I initially had given her creative freedom for the event but when it became clear that she had put no thought into what the event would look like, I was left having to micromanage the details.

The day of the event she was competent enough for the set up but when it came to packing down the event (part of the services she was hired for), Jess left the venue and left it to me to try and coordinate. When asked by the venue manager what she was planning to do with the tables that were lining up the hallways, she replied, and I quote, "that's not my problem" and so I was left packing down and moving tables at midnight, in my engagement dress.

My mistake was giving her the benefit of the doubt multiple times before my event and trusting her empty promises. The biggest joke is that I am sure she feels no remorse and does not feel that she has done anything wrong. My advice to anyone reading reviews is find another stylist. One who will do their job well and with honesty and integrity.
