Sara Heald and her team is total pro at every turn.

As a conference organizer, I want a partner who is proactive and thinking ahead. And...I also need the group to think fast on their feet in real time as the event moves and shakes. Sara is both. Super dependable, she looks ahead for blind spots and works extremely hard top mitigate those. I would absolutely work with Sar in the City again. They supported my vision in making a truly unique and remarkable conference!

Sara was amazing to partner with to plan the AIDS Foundation Houston (AFH) Walk to End HIV 2023! As a new Events Manager for AFH, I teamed up with Sara to plan this annual event in 3 months that she helped coordinate the year prior. I met so many wonderful vendors and truly felt like I was being guided in all of the right directions to manage the many pieces and ultimately host a successful event!
