The welcome we got to the Sandbelt from the staff member was amazing, all the little goodies to welcome us was perfect! The pen in the room was a great giggle. Room service was awesome the food was delicious!! The bed was so comfortable, the room was clean. We will be back because we were treated kind and looked after! Made our Valentine’s Day night special.

Had great service from Ethan in the Bistro, no problem was too little for him to solve, and very warm and welcoming.

Oysters in seafood basket tiny, might be the season. Rest of dish was great.

Menu very basic.

Otherwise had a great dinner, and friendly staff.

I am a regular customer, visit 4 times a week for lunch. Food is fantastic never been disappointed in last 3 year. Friendly and prompt service from all staff makes it a wonderful experience. Love the attitude and friendliness of Wattle. She is lovely and a superstar.

I recently visited the Sandbelt Club Hotel with a friend, and we had a great time! We ordered the chicken sandwich and cheesy garlic bread. The sandwich was absolutely delicious, though it had just a little too much sauce for my taste, but everything else about it was fantastic—tender chicken, fresh ingredients, and a perfectly toasted bun. The cheesy garlic bread was the perfect side, with a delightful balance of cheese and garlic.

What really stood out, though, was the amazing service. Luke and Ethan were attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. And Anthony, the manager, is a true pleasure to be around—his warm and welcoming demeanor really added to the overall great experience. Highly recommend this place for both good food and exceptional service!

Room was clean and comfortable.
Bistro was enjoyable. I spent 2 weeks here and didn't have one bad meal.
But the staff are the backbone to this establishment. Courteous polite and so amenable to any requests.
Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

My stay at the hotel was truly exceptional, and the staff were outstanding. I had to extend my stay for a few more nights, but the hotel was fully booked. Despite this, the team went above and beyond to ensure I could continue my stay. Their dedication and resourcefulness were amazing and my interactions with the staff were nothing short of wonderful. They displayed an exemplary level of customer service that made a lasting impression on my views of the hotel.

I’ve stayed at this hotel before, and on several occasions, I’ve been fortunate enough to be assisted by Jasmine. Her service has always been top-notch, and I must say, she deserves a pay raise for her outstanding performance. Jasmine consistently provides exceptional service, and her efforts are so meaningful.

The smiling faces and customer experience, across the Sandbelt is just outstanding.

I had an amazing lunch today. I was served by Wattle, her customer service was exceptional and she was very friendly. We ordered many items off the menu and they were all really good, including the Chinese new year special, Young Chow, it was delicious. I would definitely go back there. ,

Had dinner with my family and the service was fantastic for a change. This time a young guy served us. He was so friendly and made us feel special. Very unusual to receive such 5 star service. If you go ask for Kai. He was great! Thanks Kai, I'll be back again just to see you again!
