I visited San Churro today 22 of July to get some little churros for my wife and was warmly greeted by Chloe, who provided exceptional customer service. Her friendliness and attentiveness made my experience truly enjoyable. The store was very clean, and the smell of coffee was beautiful. The churros were absolutely beautiful and delicious. I highly recommend visiting this location. Thank you, Chloe, for making my visit so wonderful!

I was served by a young woman Angelica, she was so professional. I didn't know what i wanted and Angelica was so lovely she suggested the most delicious dessert. The strawberries and bananas were so fresh and I love the dips. I had the best experience ever. All the staff was very friendly and professional. The place was very clean, the atmosphere, the whole environment was so welcoming. I also ended up buying two beautiful coffee mugs which I totally love. Thank you to all the staff at San Churro Wetherill Park especially to the young lady Angelica who served me for making my experience a pleasure one. I will definitely tell my work colleagues about this wonderful place and the experience I had when dining there. I will definitely return.

For what this place used to be it’s gone down hill, I went in on Wednesday night and received the worst service by a rude Asian girl. Firstly when I walked In and went to the counter with my friend her and another tall girl were sitting down on the right of the register behind and didn’t move for 10 minutes. Once we finally asked if any one was working this girl came up to the register didn’t even look up and asked rudely “what do you want” In a mono tone voice and the rudest can’t be bothered face. If your workers don’t want to be there get rid of them. She then just said “ok Pay”.. Rude. Then when my friend ordered she had the same bitchy tone and refused to look up and acknowledge the customer. Once we ordered her and this tall girl just sat back down while this younger girl (wish I got her name) was working, wiping tables and being kind to customers. Maybe they should learn from her

$9.95 for a “large mocha”. Absolutely disgusting. The girl rushed gave me warm chocolate milk, can not taste coffee at all. Max Brenner Oliver brown all $8. This is outrageous for what the product is, how rude the girl was and terrible vibe being ripped off like that.

UNFORTUNATE EXPERIENCE
We visited this restaurant only last night and immediately observed that the few empty tables were dirty and the lack of serving staff was very obvious.
Once we had ordered, we had to go again and again to the counter about 3 or 4 times asking where was our order. Asking one staff member for a little better attention, brought no positive response. One order that was supposed to be hot, was left on the counter unattended and when we asked where it was, it was brought to us cold. We complained about this, but received no positive response.
As we were leaving we overheard another female customer complaining that a couple of customers were vaping in the restaurant! We talked with her later and she again indicated to us that that was true. This is not only disgusting, but illegal.
We are of the opinion that we will never go to this restaurant again.

currently here for mother's day, young man with the plush key chain on his belt has been running around and working really hard serving everyone here. he's really giving his all tonight, making sure everyone here has a great mother's day, i know me and my mum has. service is speedy and the food of course is great, especially the macaroons.
