We did the Bush Tucker tour during lunch time and it was brilliant! The hosts were great and you could feel the passion with which they do everything. The food was very good and the cocktails were great. We can recommend this boat trip to everyone. The price-value ratio is brilliant.

My wife had arranged this bush tucker cruise for my birthday. We had the best day. Simon told us the history of the boat and gave commentary along the way. Nathan was so much fun and told us some First Nations story and sung songs. Then there is the chef. What can I say about the food except YUMMO. Wow! The bush tucker was amazing. Highly recommend doing this cruise. Such a great experience. Thanks you Saltwater Eco tours.

We had the best day ever. This boat is stunning. Captain Simon provided us with an amazing story of the history of the boat. We enjoyed fabulous music, nibbles and drinks on board as we cruised the canals ending up watching the most beautiful sunset. I would highly recommend you take this Tour. Grab a few friends and jump on board it’s great fun!

Absolutely hands down best boat tour we've been on. Even the 15 year old loved it. Fantastic service, historic boat, fabulous food and great commentary and sharing of culture. Kia ora!

What a brilliant tour to take during NAIDOC week! My parents and I took the bushtucker cruise and the canapes prepared were delicious and had me eagerly awaiting the next ? The staff are friendly and welcoming, and we got the opportunity to listen to First Nations stories and listen to songs. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the Sunny Coast ?

This is a great excursion! The tour stays within the canals, so no worries about rough waters. The crew was wonderful. Nathan regaled us with his Aboriginal history and stories of his ancestors. He patiently answered our many questions and even played his drum and sang a song. It was very delightful & informative. Lawrence was the chef on board and not only prepared the most interesting, local delicacies for us, but he also carefully explained the ingredients and his preparation methods. It was both delicious & educational. Overall, I would highly recommend this tour.

I did the bush Tucker cruise Tuesday mid day. It was a divine way to spend two hours and learnt so much about the native foods and the indigenous culture The food was beyond amazing and the team were welcoming and very friendly. Great way to spend a couple of hours.

When I wanted a little treat to kick off my birthday weekend, the Saltwater Bushtucker cruise had real appeal as we've done a few similar day trip cruises on the Sunshine Coast and also in South Australia. Raising my First Nations granddaughter for the past 10 years and with my kids and grandies being Wiradjuri nation, this seemed like a wonderful way to connect with coastal culture as well as enjoy something a little special. The ketch is a historic treasure in itself and we had a perfect day for it as well. The crew - Simon, the captain, also a very fair yidaki (didgeridu) player, along with Nathan, who shared stories and songs from his own Torres Strait nation, and Laurence, the chef extraordinaire, made this a sensational experience. The staff throughout the booking process online and in person on the day were also thoroughly professional and friendly - and the shop which stocks a wide variety of authentic First Nations products is a treasure trove. This was a great choice and I would recommend for anyone - whether visitors to the coast or residents who are looking for a pleasant outing. Thanks Saltwater for an exceptional day out!
