First time visiting. Was recommended for the wife being a coeliac. The chef is also a coeliac and is able to cater. Food was wonderful. Portions for price were fantastic. Will be returning!

Roast lamb and Yorkshire pudding! Fatty tough lamb ,roast potato's also not cooked through and the Yorkshire pudding was flat and very very greasy, I didn't even realised it was on the plate until I found it under the meat !

Thursday Night Snitzel Platter amazing. Great value, variety and tasty. Really nice salad/ vegetables bar. Highly recommend.

Disappointed
We normally get a takeaway here on Tuesday nights.
Last Tuesday we ordered takeaway we were given the wrong meal. I called the hotel 8:30pm when I got home and saw the meal was incorrect (Admittedly I should have doubled check my order before leaving.) we were given two chicken schnitzel instead of 1 chicken and 1 beef.
I was advised the kitchen was closed no staff were on site in the kitchen to communicate or replace meal or to explain what had happened and no manager to provide a refund
I was told to call back in business hours the next day. Called the next day to not record of anything.
This is super frustrating. no replacement or refund was or meal credit was offered. The meals went to waste as that person dislikes chicken.
The meals we did receive weren’t good like they usually are as well. Mainly the temperature of the chips were cold were as the schnitzels were warm.

Food and service were first rate today. We had a family lunch for 6 people. Every meal was exceptional. Ample servings and plenty of choices at the salad and veg bar. The renovations made to this hotel are amazing. It's a beautiful, spacious venue with delicious food and friendly staff who go above and beyond. We will be back.

We went as a party of 5 for Sunday lunch. It was deserted so we should get known better.
It's not cheap with most common meals around $26 - hamburger, schnitzel, pasta, roast etc.
Entrees were around $16.
There is a pretty plain salad and vegetable bar.
The meals came out staggered so that was awkward.
The roast was half fat. Very little edible meat, two hard pieces of 'roast' potato.
The hambuger patty was tasteless and there was no salad as stated on the menu.
The pasta was underwhelming. The entree dumplings were okay but certainly not worth $16.00.
The best part of the visit was the lady serving drinks. She was lovely.

The service was good and the staff cheerful but the food was just average and to be honest disappointing. I ordered a mixed seafood plate and the battered fish was dry whilst the prawns were just crunchy batter.

It was good food at lunch, but one lady staff members was rude about taking some leftovers home. She rudely gave a piece of alfoil to my elderly grandma. The other staff were nice and friendly.
