Anjala is #1. Absolute & top class customer service. Air India displayed all the hallmarks of an bureaucratic and indifferent organisation (even though bought out by Tatas) that couldn't care less about my genuine and evidenced inability to travel. However, many times during the year she kept persisting my case and managed to get the ticket reissued, albeit for (another greedy top up) a fee by AI.
