I called this business twice for a quote on flights. 1 man said that he would call me back with some prices, but I didn't receive a call. I then tried again and left a message on their answering machine, but no return call once again.

I won't waste my time with this company again, as the service is non-existent.

Best experience with the staff, I had book tickets from Sahara travels and also had applied for the refund for my tickets, even though the airline took much time to process the refund,
But the staff especially Harman had always responded to my emails and calls and had provide me with the best service.
Must visit for booking your air line tickets.

Very kind and helpful staff. Bikram was very patient listening to my ever changing requirements regarding dates, provided me the economical options all the time. And on top of that they are not like other travel agents who will sometime force you to book the ticket right there on the call. Bikram did hold my tickets for the whole day and was able to wait for me to make the payment by end of the day. I have booked tickets with them twice and will definitely do the business with them again.

Very frustrating experience! Booked tickets for my parents and had to cancel them as sadly, my dad passed away. It’s been more than four months and I’m still chasing them for refund/ credit information. This guy Harman keep saying I let you know soon.
Talked to qantas airline directly and they said they can help if I give them E-ticket. This dodgy people from Sahara travels won’t even give me E-ticket. Instead now asking for my parents marriage proof to assist me further. What a Joke!
Please stay away from this company!

Worst experience ever. We booked few flights with Sahara travels. They didnt inform about the delay and preponed flights. When you call reception, Harman answered the phone and said he is trying to sort out the issue and didnt get any update from Qantas. Dont ever book flights with this Travel agency.
