Me and my family booked with this company and Polly, AND THE TEAM WAS VERY EFFICIENT AND VERY HELPFUL IN ENSURING ME and my kids were on a flight for a lavish vacation. I would totally recommend for families trying to find a place to sit back and relax. Very honest prices too!

This is the worst travel agent that we traveled with. No courtesy or follow up at all after we bought the tickets back in July last year. My family and I were stranded in Vietnam for 36hrs in the airport. He didn’t let us know that we Australians need a visa for entering the country. For Vietnam you need a visa to enter and Australians don’t get a visa on arrival. Polly and the team didn’t let us know any such thing.

we were desperately searching for a flight to India during covid pandemic. approached a few agents to organise chartered flight, but was way too expensive and inconsistent with their service. then came in contact with safe world travels.they were prompt and very resposive. first booking was cancelled due to airlines technical issue , but safe world managed to rebook immediately without any hazzle. whole process was so smooth and com munication was excellent. highly recommended.

Highly irresponsible 👎 Very keen to get you to buy ticket and pay them money. After that the guy don’t even recall your name nor does he answer your phone call. Can get rude if you question him. Never again with this crooked team😡
