Got my 3.5T brand new van and new Landcruiser weighed from RV Travel Safe. Not only they are professional and knowledgeable but also picked a wrong weights dealer added into registration.

Their pictorial reporting style is super easy to understand and see where you are under or over limits.

Gabe fit me in at a moments notice and sent me updates of arrival times and reminders leading up to the appointment.

He was very friendly and more than happy and willing to offer advice and tips and fix things for me which I thought were right but were in fact wrong and unsafe. His technology was up to date and emailed a PDF of all the specs noted on his system after going over everything with me on his computer. No question was too silly and he was patient and explained everything.

Gabe gave extra information for products he knew could help me. Instead of getting me to find the products myself he was happy to send me all the links for it in a follow up email.

He helped me reverse and hitch the caravan up. Gentleman.

It’s hard to find good service these days but I am very glad to find him. He went above and beyond. Thank you Gabe!

I had my caravan and ute set-up weighed by RV Travel Safe yesterday. Prior to this I had to cancel two appointments due to weather and Gabe arrived for the third appoint only to find that he could not do the weighing due to problems with my jockey wheel. He was very accomodating and rescheduled the appointments very courteously. Gabe was very friendly and professional. Gabe was great, explained everything along the way and took the time to ensure we knew what we needed to do get our rigs safe for the road. We were not rushed, we were able to move things around in the caravan and see what difference they made to the weights. The report is detailed and easy to understand in what is a very confusing topic for most people and comes with any recommendations you need to do. Gabe went above the next day sending a message and photos of what I needed from Bunnings to create a safe point for our break away connection on our car.
