Great friendly service. Very clean. The food was so yummy and super fresh. Highly recommend. Great selection of drinks. Very cute decor. Lives up to the rustic edge name. Will definitely return. Nice little drive from Ballarat.

A large group called in here for morning tea. The food and hot chocolate were well liked, but the coffee was dreadful, with a couple of the group thinking it was instant. The "barista" didn't even know what crema was and took great umbrage at my suggestion that it wasn't up to scratch.

The fish and chips were delicious and amazing value, with generous servings as cheap as you'll find these days. It's also convenient to the camping area. Highly recommended 👌

Staff were pleasant but the food is fairly tasteless due to the thick chewy batter.and all pre cooked adding to the rubber batter. I wouldn't return or recommend.

Just Moved to Smythesdale on Friday and had fish and chips from here. And let me tell you this is the best fish and chips I have ever had. The chips are so fresh beautifully golden with heaps of flavour. The fish is so tender and flavourful. And the hamburger with the lot was so juicy and fresh. I highly recommend you try this fish and chips. Definitely going to be my go to fish and chip shop. 😌

Have been here a number of times and it is always great. Chips and gravy are brilliant on a cold Sunday arvo, the coffee is good, burgers delicious and, importantly, the staff are some of the best I have come across. Well done. A hospitality business with lots of hospitality.

Came in this morning hoping to get a coffee and some breakfast on my drive to Warrnambool. I mentioned I had dietary requirements, and they made me a unique egg and Bacon muffin at no extra charge. It was absolutely delicious and the coffee was also excellent. Their customer service was top notch and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. All the food that was on display looked fresh and yum. I definitely recommend this place.
