I popped into Bowral rush for a coffee with a couple of friends on a busy Saturday morning. I was very pleased to find friendly inviting staff. They promptly showed us to a table with a big smile on their face. The coffee was fantastic, and we ended up having a great experience with a young lady named Grace. I was pleasantly surprised by the incredible atmosphere and service of this young lady. 🥺

What’s going on? Twice I have been in the past four months and both times my order was wrong. The first time I got told off for ordering in the wrong place, this time I ordered in the “right” place and it was still wrong. Why can’t service businesses maintain the level of service they begin with? It’s clearly hard to attract and keep good staff this days but basics should be applied. PS the coffee was aweful as well couldn’t finish it.

Amazing bagels at a reasonable price. Bagles tasted freshly baked! Chicken in the burger was so tender as well. Highly recommend. Staff also very friendly.

First time here, just parked the car as soon I got to Bowral and when I looked online this place was just 2 minutes around the corner.
Place looks really nice and inviting, you can see the roasting machines through a glass window.
Small oat late and a croissant $15.70
I was not sure what sort of blend of coffee they were serving today, but it was ok.
I do like more nutty, caramel taste type of coffee like Campos Superior, but I guess I was expecting to much, being a roasting place.
I was looking for the coffee and asked the lady if they had any list with the coffee they make and prices, and they don't have it.
A bit disappointed, as I had to look online for it.
And lost interest in purchasing coffee.

This place is an exceptional hole in the wall which boasts a variety of fancy treats that are on par with the kind of places you would find in the better parts of a major city. The turkey bagel was perfect with the right mix of sprouts, turkey and cranberry to give you a perfect bite. The coffee was also outstanding and clearly made with TLC
