Driving from Warwick in Queensland, to Tasmania towing a trailer by myself, I was left feeling pretty anxious when I saw a significant gash in one of my trailers tyres and needed to board the Spirit of Tasmania the next day. Richard, the owner at RTM, was amazing and did a mad dash of more than an hour and a halfs drive away, on a Saturday, to rescue me from said tyre when everyone else was closed and not answering calls, to assist me. He made light work of changing my tyre (and the other one to be sure I got there safely!) in record time, keeping me up to date with his expected time of arrival and reassuring me that everything would be fine. As a lone female driver, his quiet reassurance and confidence in his ability to get me back on the road was a welcome relief. Richard was fabulous, knew his stuff and made the whole process as relaxed as it could be for me. Thanks again Richard. You were a star! And James and Prince were also a great helping hand too!

Richard you're a bloody angel in disguise mate! We were heading to QLD from Wagga Wagga and sure enough flat tyre so called into RTM Tyres which was the first tyre business we saw on Google and very glad we did. Richard treated us like family with true professionalism with a great friendly smile to boot. Travelling through the area we had an issue with one of our caravan tyres that needed replacing ASAP. RTM was the only place open on a Saturday and Richard went out of his way to help get us back on the road. Great customer service, recommend highly!!!
