Unfriendly service at reception. Extremely expensive for a basic tax return, to be told that general questions may be charged extra in an hour they charge an extortionate amount for!!!! I’m now booked in elsewhere for nearly half the price. Do yourself a favour and give this place a miss….

Anyone with the intention of using the services of RSM Manjimup should consider going elsewhere. They attempted to charge me $3,000 for 1 hour of very basic work. Found the Manager (Nathan) unpleasant and the whole experience disappointing.
Hampton Partners in Manjimup would be a better choice although in my opinion most Accountants are a bunch of thieves who take advantage of our lack of tax knowledge and RSM Australia are now on top of the list in that regard.

They just put up their fees to $440, last year I paid $275, I'm a basic wage earner, renter,single, aged pension and do some paid work, I can't afford to pay this, just greedy. 1 hours work $440, 2 weeks wage for me. ?
