such a horrible customer service and experience.
tutor is not helpful and the question is wrong.
If you missed one wrong question, you can never go to the next question.
Ask help from mentor, just not helping you, just ask you to check course.
Also, each reply at least 3 hours, not respond, during weekend.
You sure this the right way to deal with issues?
this is the worst website, and online course, I have ever been.

Paid thinking it was the complete course. It wasn’t !!!! Kept going made 2 appointments for them to call me to complete the course, they called 1h prior each time. They don’t even let the rings go all the way through voicemail they hang up before !! DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL !!!!!!

Great course! I did bar skills at your place with Cate and she told me about the course online instead of the classroom. Really good idea!

It's a scam. You pay for the course thinking its a full course, but it turns out to only be an introduction for an RSA. DON'T USE THIS WEBSITE IF YOU WANT A PROPER RSA COURSE, USE CLEAR TO WORK.

Terrible work ethic, extremely slow, and staff is extremely rude. You will be paying them for them to behave like they are doing you a favour with terrible attitude.
