These guys are absolute scammers. Booked the apartment months ago and they cancelled the booking the day before we were meant to check in with no reason and are not taking my calls. We've had people fly in interstate and are stranded

Do not trust this company, I personally have had a bad experience with “Royalty” entertainment after having $800 being taken from my bond for a blocked washing machine. Quite a joke, better giving your hard earning money to someone who cares about you enjoying your holiday and doesn’t see you as a cash grab. Unsafe facilities for families.
