My regular Paradise! Friendly, great service and mostly of all accommodating to a customer requests. This place does not have bloating menu, but what they bring out is smashing good. Highly recommended is their Biriyanis, Cut Mirchi, Egg Plant masala. In addition the restaurant also serves great all you can eat Indian (south) breakfast during weekends at very reasonable price.

For ease of convenience there is plenty of restaurants own parking with public parking next door.

Update May 2021:
Ordered Gobi 65, Egg bonda, Veg biryani and Veg thali. The service, like last time was slow. Gobi 65 was tangy and tasty. Egg bonda was bad. It had no taste and was bland. The nan and dal in Veg thali was VERY good. Paneer butter masala in thali was sweet and wasn't good. Sambar was average. We had a lot of expectation from Veg biryani, but we were very disappointed. 80% was plain basmati rice and only 20% had spices. This, after requesting the waitress to make the biryani spicy.
3/5 for food, 2/5 for service.

March 2021:
We went to the party hall there and the hall is good for 18-20 people. Due to heavy rain, the place was leaking here and there resulting in wet floor.

Now, coming to the food, though my friend had asked to make the food medium spicy, it was quite spicy. I love spicy food, so it was fine for me. But others were sweating and had running nose.
Gobi 65 and Paneer 65 was good, but was missing mint chutney. Rotis were a bit hard, but the curries were good. Biryani was awesome, and tasted like authentic Hyderabadi biryani.

However, their service is TERRIBLE. They brought the starters, but forgot the the cutlery. When we asked for cutlery, they took a while to get it. By then, the food was cold. They took a lot of time to get rotis. Probably that's the reason for the hardness of rotis. Then, they took a while to get biryani. Well, they have to improve their service to improve their reputation. PERIOD.

Overall, 4/5 for spicy Hyderabadi food and 2/5 for the service.

I had an amazing dining experience at Royal Paradise Biryani! The Hyderabad-style biryani was rich in flavor, perfectly spiced, and cooked to perfection. The ambiance was warm, and the service was friendly and efficient. Definitely a must-visit spot for authentic Indian cuisine in North Strathfield!

The place and food is bad in every way possible. Ordered veg biryani ,mutton biryani and dosa . The worst biryani in Sydney, drove all the ways western Sydney to experience it, pathetic experience and far below expectation. Not at all recommended and not at all worth the price.

TERRIBLE SERVICE.
We were loyal customers until tonight.
Been going there for years without issues. Tonight I ordered mutton Biryani as I am celiac and cannot eat a lot of food. I got home to find that the biryani didn’t come with the usual sauce and was old and dry Much like the chicken 65 which used to be famous here..

The restaurant didn’t care and almost hung up on me when I started to explain the rest of the issues. I gave up and won’t be going back..

My partner said the garlic naan had no garlic at all which was disappointing as we are sick and were very excited for this food. The restaurant didn’t seem to care about anything and just wanted to get me off the phone.

Don’t bother.

Stale food, no accountability – never again!”
Ordered mutton biryani and veg biryani – both were a disaster. The mutton was stale, had a weird taste, and was clearly not fresh. The so-called “veg biryani” didn’t even have vegetables in it! When I politely asked the lady at the reception, she just said it came from a packet and literally ran away. No responsibility, no apology. I left the entire plate untouched. Horrible food, pathetic service, zero professionalism. First time in my life I’ve had to write such a review. Avoid this place at all costs!

I must admit I was a bit concerned before I entered Paradise after reading some scathing 1 star reviews, however, I went in with a neutral mindset and found the restaurant great. It was a delightful experience.

First of all, the service was very good. My group was served by a nice young lady who looked after us well. On top of this other staff members came by regularly to check if we were still waiting for any other dishes etc.

We ordered the following:
Hyderabad chicken biryani
Mutton biryani
Mirapakaya bhajji (some sort of fried chillies)
Chicken 65
Tandoori chicken
Apollo fish
Gutthi vankai (eggplant dish)
Garlic and cheese naan

The tandoori chicken, apollo fish, and the biryani choices were all what I'd class as 'off the charts'. Excellent and tasty. Particularly the tandoori; that was special. The rest was good too, however, I didn't rate the Mirapakaya bhajji, but to each their own.

The food was fresh and served quickly. The venue itself was clean and looked good.

Afterwards staff gave us some sweet desserts on the house. Staff were very hospitable and nice.

A great evening out, which I'd recommend, and would definitely return.

Cheers!

Four of us went there with big hope but really disappointed with their food.
We asked for chicken 65 biryani and veg biryani unfortunately got chicken biryani without chicken and veg biryani with only potatoes no any sign of mix vegetables.
Disgusting
