I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service provided by Royal Immigration, Harris Park. I engaged their assistance for my Canada Visitor Visa application, which I submitted with strong supporting documents. Unfortunately, I found their handling of my case to be unprofessional and lacking in basic knowledge of immigration procedures.

Despite my efforts, my application was lodged under the wrong portal, significantly reducing my chances of approval. After receiving the refusal, I requested that they initiate the reconsideration process. However, they failed to take the necessary steps or even guide me on the proper process. I had to independently research and send them video links and resources to explain what should be done—yet they continued to ignore my requests and showed no willingness to assist further.

Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to be cautious before engaging with this agency. In my opinion, they are not well-informed about immigration processes and do not provide the professional guidance expected from a licensed immigration service provider. Sadly, this has resulted in a waste of both my time and money.
