Event planners are meant to be empathetic, kind, on top on situations, problem solvers, great communicators and people-managers. Above all, they should be able to handle high pressure environments in fast paced events. Unfortunately, all these elements were quite evidently absent at one particular event that this entity managed. Not least, holding guests hostage intentionally, and not taking responsibility for any of his actions.
Best advised to level up your game and be more empathetic to concerns, and address feedback. Notwithstanding, the decoration was manageable.
