I recommend to stay away from this company. I bought tickets to the Puffing Billy Railway for my family, received a booking confirmation, but then they said that they don’t have children tickets and I have to pay more and buy them adult tickets. This was not advertised on the website, when I booked. I happened to call them outside working hours because of the time difference between my country and Australia, they picked up the phone, but then rant at me that I’m calling before their workday starts. Very rude and unprofessional.

I didn't know if using a travel agent would be worth it, as I have booked my own holidays before and nothing has gone wrong. My friend recommended that i see Robert to book my next holiday as they had has great success with him.
So, I decided to take their advice and i am so glad i did! Robert was so friendly and was able to get me excellent deals that i wouldn't have been able to find myself.
