She listened to our plans and needs ensuring that every aspect of what we needed was fulfilled as much as possible. She kindly changed our plans a few times along the way to make sure our travel with young children across the world was going to be stress free. We recently had 7 weeks in Europe, at the time of planning we had no idea other than the countries we wanted to visit. Rach put together a list of places we should see while working around our Rugby World Cup games we’d booked.

The places recommended by Rach were wonderful, our accommodation all in central areas but not mainstream hotels which made the trip even better.

We made our way from Berlin down to Lisbon mostly by train with only two short flights where it made sense, all booked by Rach. Trains are such a great way to travel, such a simple process compared to flying.

Photo’s are San Sebastián, our hotel an old Convent and beautiful, loved it rooms were really modern. Rach said we had to see San Sebastián and I now know why, we’d go back in a heartbeat!!

We’re 4 weeks home now and still feel like we’re on holidays, thats a good holiday! Thank you Rach!

I was lucky enough to find Rachael when I was planning my first luxury escape many, many moons ago. I had no idea of where to even start, the end result was a dream holiday, the first of so many more to come.
