The hosts were so friendly and obliging. The old farmhouse we stayed in was charming , clean and tidy. In the morning we had the sheep grazing in the side yard and plenty of fresh organic figs to pick off the trees to eat. For breakfast was delicious eggs from the resident hens. The wine packs are wonderful value. Best vegan wine I have ever tasted. Great place for a family stay. Wish we had more time. We would certainly stay again . 5 mins from a very unquie Australian country town

My family and my mum stayed recently and really enjoyed it. A lovely old farm house, with quirks..
We also enjoyed a quick tasting of delicious wines. We will definitely stay again.
Toby the dog was an added bonus for us 🙂

Have just returned from a Farmstay with friends and were overwhelmed. Hospitality from hosts, Richards and Sam was most welcoming. Sam took us on a tour of the farm, explaining the organic farming techniques and the communal housing arrangements, rounded off with a wine tasting. Richard popped in after dinner and shared a glass with tales of country and farm life. Our accommodation was obviously old (the original family homestead) but had been re-furbished to make it very comfortable; a confluent well-equipped kitchen, dining and sitting area, a second sitting room, two double bedrooms and a twin, bathroom, broad veranda with out-door dining setting. Book shelves everywhere and games for the kids. Situated in bush- and farm-land, one wakes to the sound of birds.|We're planning our return visit already.

My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay. It was a homely house surrounded by vineyards, olive trees and fig orchards. The owners were very friendly and approachable and will take you to taste some of their organic wines. Certainly a great place to stay if your going to go hot air ballooning.

The cottage is a large fibro dwelling with large living area and kitchen and plenty of accommodation for a large family or group. The furnishings are very old and run down but comfortable. You have to take everything for your stay including tea and coffee as nothing is provided. We had to pay extra for linen to be supplied. There is a sign that says cellar door but none exists, we had to sample the Rosnay wines in town. Maybe ok for a family with kids or a group but not for a couple

Have just returned from a re-visit to Rosnay Farmstay with another pair of friends. Little has changed. The welcome was just as warm, the cottage just as cosy, and fresh farm eggs waiting for us on the kitchen bench. Sam also provided another informative Farm Tour for us. However, this year we had the added delight of the Fifth Canowindra Baroque Festival which offered a range of concerts, and meals, in several venues over a fabulous weekend. Thanks again to Sam and Richard for a memorable weekend

Great place to get away from the hussle and bussle of the city.||Richard , Florence and Sam made us very welcome.We had half of the main homestead to ourselves.Bedrooms are clean and comfortable.I spent a very pleasant afternoon relaxing on a settee reading a book from the extensive and varied collection from the many bookshelves.||I recommend Rosnay to anyone who wants to 'chill out' and just relax.||Sample some of the organic wines from the winery....you won't be disapointed.
