We walked through the park today just because we recognised the name on the map and wow! The trees in autumn are particularly beautiful! They look very old and there is even a great view of them at the top of the hill.

It’s close to the main part of town, museums, war memorial, walking paths, a cool waterfall fountain and lots of native birds.

I recently visited Rosalind Park in Bendigo and was thoroughly impressed. This expansive 60-acre park offers lush greenery, historic trees, and beautifully landscaped gardens—perfect for relaxing with family and friends. Highlights include the Poppet Head Lookout Tower, which provides panoramic views of the city, and the Conservatory Gardens with its seasonal floral displays. The park also features a children’s playground, ornate statues, and a fernery, making it a versatile spot for all ages.

Peaceful and relaxing stroll through Bendigo. The most surprising part of it is that giant fruit bats live on the trees by the hundreds. It is an amazing how many bats you will see hanging from the trees just sleeping so sound and peacefully. Lots of interesting spots for selfies and photos.

Rosalind Park in Bendigo is a stunning oasis with so much to discover. During our visit, the vibrant tulips in full bloom were an absolute highlight, adding bursts of color to the beautifully landscaped gardens. The park is home to a large colony of bats, and watching them hanging from the trees was fascinating — a unique aspect of the park's natural charm.

We strolled through the lush fernery, which offered a tranquil escape, and the historic Poppet Head Lookout provided breathtaking panoramic views of Bendigo. The well-maintained paths, towering trees, and open spaces make it perfect for leisurely walks or a picnic.

The park is rich in both natural beauty and wildlife, and there's always something new to see with each visit. Rosalind Park is a must-see gem, perfect for nature lovers and history buffs alike!
