This store has such wonderful and helpful staff! I needed a flower arrangement as was selling my house and had no idea what fake flowers to pur together. A lady came over and saw I was confused and helped me right away putting a beautiful arrangement together and not even charging for her time. Will definitely be coming back for more flower arrangements!!

I would give zero star if I can. I had a very disappointing and terrible customer experience at this balloon shop. Despite having four staff members present, I was completely ignored when I was ready to pay. They were all gathered together, chatting among themselves, with no regard for the customers. It’s frustrating to feel invisible as a paying customer.

I won’t be returning, and I definitely can’t recommend this shop to anyone, especially buying a balloon for someone you love should be a very happy thing, no one should experience what I had.

I visited this store today looking for a Halloween costume and found an impressive selection – I got exactly what I needed and more. However, the customer service was disappointing. When I asked a staff member where to find the masks, she responded rudely. When I enquired about the return policy, she was again dismissive and uninterested in answering, only saying that returns are accepted until Halloween but not allowed today. Great products, but the customer service needs improvement.

The staff at the balloon counter are always super helpful, knowledgeable, and caring towards their customers.

I waited at the balloon section to ask someone a quick question. Two workers in there were chatting and avoiding eye contact. I read all the signs they had at the counter while I was waiting for about 15 mins for any acknowledgement. I understand that the staff had their own work to do so I patiently waited. Finally I said "excuse me may I ask.. " The staff quickly interrupted me and said "we don't do walk ins".

I wanted to know if they had stock for the balloons and how much it would be for helium, however I did not get a chance to finish my sentence.

I said Thank you and walked away..

Although the products at Ronis are somewhat affordable, shopping at the Rouse Hill store is an absolute nightmare. Every single time I've shopped here, I've found it extremely difficult to navigate the aisles with the pram.

There are boxes upon boxes (empty most times), trolleys, and those step stools just cluttering the whole store, and so many random things in the way which is just ridiculous. No other store in Rouse Hill is this messy and disorganised. So many tripping hazards and it's so hard to walk through. It puts me off shopping here and I'd rather go elsewhere.

Went into to ask if they had a costume in which my sister bought from Penrith store.
I was told by the staff that they are not associated with Penrith so she can’t help me. She wouldn’t even look up the costume item and stated “ I can’t even look for you “
I said thank you and walked out of store.
Poor service without even trying to help.
I understand they are not sane store as Penrith but there was no attempt in trying to help.
