We stayed in the 3 bedroom ocean front apartment. One of the most lovely, spacious and well appointed apartments we have stayed in. Beautifully renovated, comfortable living areas and beds, everything you could need in the kitchen. |Will definitely stay again in the warmer months to make the most of the pool and beaches out front. |Coffee shop underneath was great for breakfast and coffee each day. |A great spot for families.

First time staying here and I can’t wait to go back. Seamless service form booking with them directly to arriving. Very clean facilities as well as the unit. We stayed in the rooftop apartment 30 and it was amazing. HUGE upper level with sauna, two sitting areas and kitchen, I couldn’t believe it. The best views, close to everything. Great pools! Huge unit. I can’t recommend this place enough.

My room was perfect, very clean and lovely outlook. Location couldn't be better. Easy to walk to CBD and so many restaurants very handy. Highly recommend this resort.

It’s our first time staying here at this resort and it’s absolutely amazing the room is so comfortable very spacious we stayed in poolside entry of the resort the room it’s self very clean love the veiw of the pool the staff are so very friendly and helpful and make u feel very welcome my little princess absolutely loved staying here and has had a blast we love how it’s so close to the beach and shops we highly recommend staying here and will be telling our friends and family we can’t wait to come back and have another holiday here and it’s also great value and not super expensive which is also amazing .. and the resort itself is very well taken care of and is very nice and tidy and clean throughout the whole resort we will definitely be coming back here

Rooms are in need of a deep cleaning. We had to ask for housekeeping to come back to fix a few issues which shouldn’t have even been an issue. Staff aren’t overly friendly. Only good part is the location. Highly recommend the Rumba resort which is only a few minutes down the road it was a much better experience for us in every way!

We were hoping the accommodation matched the photos and descriptions. Unfortunately, as a couple we were a bit disappointed. 4 star resort 3 star unit. Our unit 51 positives - great location, partial view of ocean, basic needs of a beach unit met. Negatives - Not good value, a couch short of comfortable, no frills decore.

Our recent stay at this hotel was tainted by a frustrating and unprofessional check-in experience, which set the tone for the rest of our visit.

My partner’s mother had booked a three-night stay for the family and had arranged in advance—both over the phone and via email—for my partner and me to check in late on Thursday. The receptionist that spoke to my partners mother assured her that this would be fine and that the required deposit could be paid by my partner’s mother on Friday morning. Everything was confirmed, and there were no issues leading up to our arrival.

When we got to the resort, we followed the late check-in procedure and were given access to retrieve the keys as expected. However, an older woman, who we later realised was a manager (Caroline), suddenly intervened. She overrode the receptionist on the speaker box, insisted we be checked in again, unlocked the office, and took the keys away from us. She then demanded that we pay a $300 bond immediately, contradicting what had been previously arranged with another staff member.

Her attitude was unprofessional and condescending. She treated us as if we were trying to break the rules, despite the fact that we had followed the agreed-upon process. The way she spoke to us made us feel incredibly unwelcome, and we couldn’t help but feel that we were being unfairly targeted—possibly due to our age. When we tried to resolve the situation by offering to call my partner’s mother so she could confirm the arrangement, the woman refused, citing concerns about being voice recorded. Frankly, if she had nothing to hide, this wouldn’t have been an issue.

It’s unfortunate that such a beautiful hotel is run by someone who clearly lacks professionalism and customer service skills. This unnecessary conflict completely soured the start of our trip, and we would not recommend this hotel to others unless management seriously improves its approach to guests.

The 2nd bedroom is too small with no outside window. This is in apartment with rooftop (which was great.) As there was only two of us 2nd bedroom did not matter, ok for a couple of kids. Overall loved our stay and the apartment.
