Extremely rude argumentative staff. Extremely long queues on most days. Staff have no consideration for patrons and are always yelling at customers and I’ve noticed many other reviews say the same. It’s very frightening.

The petrol does not give the same mileage as other stations which makes one believe it is tampered with.

There was a large truck on one occasion. I am not in the petrol business so I didn’t know what it was. There were several cars lining up behind the truck. At this point staff did not care to mention that the truck was not refueling but a petrol truck itself. I waited 40 minutes like a fool and many other cars did too. Then when I asked them why they didn’t have a sign up like other petrol stations their reply was ‘it’s common sense’
Another time I drove in and finished a call and grabbed my items. There was a car finishing up fueling behind me and a car behind them so the car waiting would be in line for that spot. They screamed at me for the 5 minutes I was there through the microphone. Extremely unprofessional and combative considering it was their least busiest time at 1030am business hours.
Both large male attendants screamed at me when I went to pay. I felt quite fearful and definitely will not drive all this way to return again.

There is a 7/11 further down that has comparative pricing and the mileage lasts. Usually only 1cent more and they have a rewards system with lots of offers for items in store as well. No long queues and you save more money there

Women who attend this place keep your wits about you the staff are definitely aggressive.

I have never experienced such poor customer service at a fuel station before. The staff here clearly have no interest in their job or in treating customers with basic respect. Their attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional from the moment I walked in. Simple questions were met with arrogance, eye-rolling, and a tone that made it feel like serving customers was a burden to them

This seems to be the cheapest place to buy fuel in this area. Always low prices and nice location. Plenty of goods available to buy inside the store as well.

Very very Rude and unprofessional person working on this site. If I could I would love to give zero stars. Today for the second time they misbehaved with me I thought may be last time I was wrong about the Amex credit card and did apologies to the person that I should have inform them about my payment before I paid but today on 01/09/2025 I went again to fill my car tank. Around 19:23 I went to pay at the reception I'm not sure what the name of the person who was working at that moment was but when i got there I couldn't remember my pump number and by mistake I left my glasses in the car. I just asked the person at the reception can you please check the pump number for me and I gave him an indication of my car and where it was parked. He was very rude and said that you should have to checked before filling the tank then continued to yell at me . What kind of customer service is this. If you are not happy with your job you should find something else. I would not recommend this site at all.

Cheapest fuel around with high quality.. great customer service and friendly staff. There is a lot items in store which you need in day to day life.I really appreciate and encourage everyone to get this awesome service at Riverstone. Thanks a lot ♥️🙏🏻

I went for my fuel for the first time and used my card to pay. They deducted the amount again from the same card automatically the next day with the same amount. It's a fraud. I wouldn't recommend going to this petrol station.

The staff at this petrol station seriously need training in customer service. Their attitude is rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Instead of helping customers, they act as if serving is a burden. Very disappointing experience won’t be coming back

I usually go this fuel station because the prices are cheaper than most others in the area which is huge plus . However the experience is not without its frustations . The biggest downside is the long queues , it is always a waiting game and it can be quite inconvient when you are in a rush but what really puts me off is the staff . Unfortunately , they don’t seem to care about the customer service at all . There is no smile , no “ thank you “ and definitely no “ sorry “ if something goes wrong. It creates a very cold , unwelcoming atmosphere. It is disappointing because great service can make a world of difference, even if the prices are low .
I usually don’t bother to stop here due to the wait time and staff , i go different fuel stations where i don’t have to wait that long and staff can say atleast thank you or sorry. I am giving 3 stars only for the cheaper fuel price . Hope you guys improve your customer service. .
New Update : Service has improved a bit from before . So i am changing to 4 stars now .
