Really convenient location on the way in to Shepparton. Cabins are nicely fitted out, although no tissues in our cabin, and the fridge strangely has nowhere to stand up bottles or cans. Some basic coffee and tea on offer, and plenty of kitchen essentials. Our bed was firm but nice and very warm. Split-system air-con was great. Easy parking, a nice swimming pool and BBQ facilities also on site. Small TV but hey, can't complain.

I booked the accommodation cabin 17 It was not clean found bins are full not a clean cabin, hair on the bed and front door lock hard to lock overall bad experience so I wont recommend Anyone to stay there..

We stayed for one night during a road trip. Sleep quality was good, even though the park is located on a busy road in a busy area. |The cabin was very basic. I'm not sure how old this park and its cabins are, but the inside looks very dated, but hey, what matters is cleanliness. The place was very clean, which is great!|We were met by friendly owners who were very helpful.|Our cabin was number 10, not facing the road but rather facing towards Harvey Norman. This cabin offers the best uninterrupted view of the Harvey Norman sign that anyone could possibly want. |The location has more positives, though, that being that the park is close to the CBD, fast food joints (KFC, McDonalds), countless shops, the lake, parks, a museum and so on. Close to everything and so close to Harvey Norman that you could simply stroll there if you feel like buying furniture or electronics on your holiday. |Good for an overnight stay. Photo from Google street view added as I didn't get a chance to take photos. You can see just how great that view of Harvey Norman is, so close!

Close to plaza and river, car wash, take away. Very clean, great service, coin washing machine and dryer, dryer works exceptionally well. Swimming pool was amazing. BBQ area well presented

I thought this was a sales yard for cabin homes and was shocked to find out it was actually where we were booked in to stay. It was on the main drag right next to Riverside shopping centre so our view was a massive Harvey Norman sign. The beds were the worst beds we’ve ever slept on and I mean the worst. I can’t imagine anything harder other than sleeping on concrete. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Actually I would go out of my way to tell people NOT to stay there.

I have no idea why anyone would stay there. Stuck between the noisy main road in and out of town and the massive wall of the shopping centre. So unless you plan to go shopping for several days, avoid this place.
Just rows of cabins on what could be a car park. And don't get fooled by the name, there is a big fence blocking access to the river.
As someone else said, it looks like a cabin storage or sales yard.

Staff were great and this place is so relaxing. It’s peaceful and clean and they have all the kitchen stuff you need in the cabins. BBQ area is undercover for rainy days.
