They were quick to assist when we realised we had too smaller table clothes and brought over bigger ones asap. Their set up and pack up was very impressive. We would highly recommend.

We just hired Riverina party hire for our wedding and could not recommend them enough. Our previous vendor cancelled on us a month out from our wedding and we thought we would have to cancel, but Riverina absolutely saved the day, getting us out a quote on the same day as our enquiry and generously providing us different options based on different marquee sizes.

They’ve clearly got a lot of experience and put our financial situation first as they were able to let us know that the marquee we had planned on was actually too big for the number of people we were having, and we got a cheaper marquee instead. Where they didn’t have equipment as it was so last minute, they were able to source them from other providers and save us the hassle.

The cost ended up being very reasonable and the rates were transparent so we knew exactly what we were paying for. Cameron also generously let us know that we could reschedule without losing our deposit if COVID meant we had to cancel, even at last minute. Luckily we got to go ahead as our wedding was in line with all the govt restrictions!

They even came out to inspect the site for free from 2 hours away to ensure they would be able to deliver the job.

They sent a team out over two days to set up the marquee in the pouring rain, braving closed roads and high rivers and were very careful to not damage the property with their trucks and equipment. They were punctual and professional and got the set up and pack down done so quickly.

All their marquees, chairs, tables etc are in great condition and looked amazing on our big day. We loved the ceiling silks with the lights and got a lot of compliments on this from our guests. The all wooden flooring also looked great in comparison to other providers flooring. As other providers were only able to do grey plastic flooring. The cool room, generators, PA and other electrics all worked really well even in monsoonal rain and we had no issues.

Would definitely hire them again!! Thanks for everything team!
