We were checked in by a kind and welcoming gentleman. He allowed to pick our preference from 2 sets of keys when we requested for options. We loved our room with a little garden area and private terrace. Double walled doors so road noise was minimal. Very clean and had all the facilities promised. The Chinese restaurant next door is excellent by the way! I would have put a much higher rating if the price was not so high.

It was one night stay on a long drive. Staff were extremely nice and welcoming. Spotless and a comfortable room… Having quite a lot of good cafes and restaurants around the place make it easier to grab any meal..

I can’t say enough about this motel. The staff were super friendly and extremely helpful. They couldn’t do enough for us. Nothing was too much trouble. The place is so clean. The pool is sparkling and maintained to an high standard. Even though it’s on a main road, it’s very private. Beds are very comfy. I have a bad back but they were very good. Our room was a really good size unlike some we have stayed in before. I will be back for sure.

Our family of six stayed for an overnight on the way to the Gold Coast. The family room was perfect and modern. The hosts were more than helpful with everything from late check-in, where to eat, to directions to a drive with a view along the coastline. The aircon was a blessing. Overall a really great experience, I did four stars for the room (I wish I was able to do 4.5 stars), only because there was no bodywash gel in the bathroom, just mini soap bars.

We stayed here for 4 nights as a family of 4 ( inc. Two young kids). Great location close to everything in town, comfortable beds, aircon worked amazingly and was a clean and decent space for us to rest in at night as we were out and about all day until the early hours of the morning. Staff were so friendly, would definitely stay here again

Only stayed briefly however it was a great stay. The rooms are very clean and have all you could ask for really. The host is also a fantastic person and makes the stay even better

The good. There was enough hot water - both volume and pressure - to drown a whale. Well laid out room (suite). Undercover parking. Close to lots of restaurants and RSL. For a $165 tariff in Ballina it was good value. Nice owners. Room makes great use of its’ space. Bed firm but not uncomfortable. |The average. Although the suite was better than normal rooms, it’s right next to the main road at the front. We’re not used to any noise at night whatsoever (our home is pin drop quiet at night) so we had trouble sleeping. It was not much better with the windows shut. |We’d stay again but bring ear plugs. 👍
