Normally a pleasant experience but, after listening to the comments from the lady who was serving me today i now realise my "kind of people" aren't welcome. I didn't realise moving interstate would create such a hostile experience

The folks at IGA are brilliant. If they haven't got something or they've stopped stocking an item, you can speak to the duty manager and something actually happens! Veg and fruit are fresh! Great place to shop

This is a gem of a store. The staff is outstanding, dedicated, professional and super friendly. There is a commitment to even getting individual items in for a customer, restricted only by availability in the warehouse. So many people loathe shopping, but here we always find the experience pleasant, relaxed and anything but a chore. This is a small store so it doesn't have the overwhelming choice of the bigger competitors but you can always find most things you are looking for.

This iga is normally great. The staff are definetly the “friendliest team.”
However when shopping recently down aisle 1 I could smell the most foul smell ever. When I was looking at the cat food I noticed mouse droppings. When looking further I realise that these droppings are everywhere throughout the aisle. It is disgusting.
I left and went to Cole’s instead. When returning a couple days later I realise nothing has changed. It’s obvious they are aware of this as they have some very cruel and very ineffective traps set up. Please do better iga. This is unhealthy, unsafe and simply it’s just gross.
