In regards to a car rental due to a not at fault accident. Within minutes I received a phone call from a representative who was not familiar with my requirements for a tow vehicle to match my current. He said he will look into it and call back. 3 days later after no call, I Decided to call myself. Still he had no idea on what I required and said I'll call back in 20 minutes. 4 hrs later and still waiting. Poor customer service. Maybe more training required on specific requirements and extras needed to tow.

I was super impressed again from the services of the Right to Drive staff. From the moment we started the process of organising the replacement car to when we handed it back when we picked up our car at the Repairers the staff were very courteous and extremely helpful. Getting a “like” car as a replacement delivered to our home in Mollymook was so helpful. Other friends have had to travel to Unanderra to get a replacement car. Well done ..

If you are a business, I would look at alternatives. Whilst I understand the GST is not recoverable and ultimately you get it back in your BAS, the amount charged for a 47 day hire, $19631 for a 7 seat Mitsubishi outlander, is $1784 in GST. To rent the car through herrtz would have cost under $5500. How does right to drive honestly justify a $14000 markup. Ridiculous. Service is fine but not worth $14000.

Would not recommend this service at all. They failed their own internal procedure to make me aware that GST would be payable as my car is business owned, their customer service is terrible and they failed to accept they got it wrong
