Throughout the whole process, I don’t think a week went by where my partner or myself didn’t say “wow, we are so glad we found Rhi.”
Rhi is amazing to work with, she is understanding, quick to respond, patient and never made us feel like anything was too big an ask.
We found Rhi to be friendly and she created a relaxed vibe which we wanted throughout the day.
Before our wedding we had some family issues happen which made things very hard and changed a lot for us and our planned wedding day. Rhi was contactable at all times, gave incredible advice and helped to make us feel not at all stressed about everything. She worked so well with all of our vendors, was extremely organised and just nice to have in our corner. We were not worried about any one that in f on our wedding day because we knew we had Rhi.

I could not have been more happy with having Rhi as an our wedding day coordinator. She is absolutely amazing at her job and I could not recommend her enough.

Rhi was amazing in helping us create our perfect wedding! She was easy to work with, connected us with fantastic local suppliers (band, catering, celebrant, event hire etc) and was the key to making the day run so smoothly - even with a tricky outdoor location and unpredictable weather. Her ability to calmly pivot with a seamless plan B marquee a few days out was a lifesaver.
I cannot recommend her and her team enough - having her support meant that we could design a party that was perfectly “us” with little stress. I found Rhi through a google search and so hope others read this and realise the value she can add to their event!

Rhianna Smith Events was the saving grace of our wedding day. From the initial chats with Rhi who developed an incredible run sheet, to Kate who was our amazing on the day coordinator, we literally could not have done without you both.

We had so many (and are still receiving) compliments about how well the wedding was structured, from timing of speeches to cake cutting Rhi's expertise was second to none and guided us in areas we had zero experience in to make for the perfect day.

Kate was such a reassuring presence I am so happy she was there on the day of the wedding. There was no task too arduous and so many people mentioned how amazing it was to have her on the ground. Kate has such a magical touch when it comes to vendor communication and attention to detail.

I was on the fence about hiring an On the Day Co-Ordinator - but after experiencing another DIY wedding without one, I decided it was essential! I started looking at different people and came across Rhianna from RSE Events and after our first conversation I knew I had to have her on board! She was always so available and ready to help answer any questions and offered great tips and advice - on the day we had Kate and it was such a relief knowing she was running around and ensuring our day ran seamlessly! She was a calming presence and handled all our vendors so well, made sure the bridal party was always fed and watered and it made the day a lot more enjoyable for all our family and friends knowing that everything was being managed well. I couldn't recommend RSE Events more to any future brides who are on the fence!! It's the best thing I ever did.
