I left work early to get there today as they are only open for a short time each day and closed on weekends. They didn't have one item I needed and when I went to the counter to pay for for the other items no one served me. I was there for quite a while and in the end I left the items on the counter and walked out. The catering shop on the next block had what i needed and were happy to help me.
