Very poor customer service. They seldom reply to emails. Quick to invoice and we were told the basic hand towel key would have to be ordered in. Waited for at least six weeks with no communication. Had to follow up again only to be told it was waiting there to be collected even though they had charged us $15 postage to be sent the short distance from Yatala to the Gold Coast. We received 5 keys and had only orderd one, they never mentioned a minimum order, for $3.36 & $15 postage, a total of $18.36 to get one plastic key. Total rip off and would not recommend.

I been responding back to the owner of rewards hospitality yatala and noone apparently is the owner so I dont understand who told me to contact them on a fake email address this company is run by clowns and the real definition of boganz they have no professionalism and respect for customers and work staff families i cant believe a million dollar company cant employee people with common sense and respect noone cares i cant believes my ears how they responds to me trying to find the owner who asked me to reach out after 500 reads of my last review (my opinion this warehouse needs some.serious inquiries made ?)

The worst staff I’ve ever dealt with. One of the red head, woman employees completely ruined my experience and called me a “scam artist”, when I was simply buying a drink in the venue. Her and another staff member (prob her senior) threatened my partner and I for being in the space and simply breathing air. I refuse to ever be a part of this company and anyone involved. I am ashamed. Disgusted.

Ordered heaps of things for my business and waited 2 months without any delivery or response to my emails. Had to open a dispute via PayPal to get my money back. Would stay far far away from them!!!
