Worst experience. First and will be the last doing business. Place an order online, didn't get any information. Took ages to find where my orders are and only to know there is no stock and have to wait BUT no update at all till I rang. Requested to cancel the order surprisingly everything become available except 2 items have to wait for a couple of days, will get a call for pickup. 2 weeks nothing, ring back to check only to be told couldn't fine any details "not helpful at all". Why promise if couldn't deliver. Disappointed.

By far one of the worst shopping experiences I've had is with this company. Ordered my stock for my venue and paid up front online in early November, still have not received stock for my business in mid December. Have called 4 times as it was dispatched on November 29th but never arrived, everyone I talk to say they will call me back but never do. I will be making a complaint to the ACCC. THESE GUYS ARE THIEVES.

The staff here are amazing! A lot of their stock isn't on the floor but they're more then happy to go out to the warehouse to grab whatever it is you are looking for. Shout out to Bec aswell. She is awesome.
