I thoroughly enjoyed the ZenVitalize Retreat. Jo has so much wisdom and experience in the wellness sectors, that she loves to share with all. Jo and her team are professional and so caring. The day retreat was very relaxing, nuturing the mind and body. And also fun, trying the different wellness stations the retreat offered. I left feeling so refreshed, recharged and invigorated. I’ve gone on two retreats organised by Revitalise Escapes - one a full day and the other an afternoon session. Both were incredible experiences shared with lovely people and well organised by Jo. Each time I’ve left the retreat feeling relaxed, calm, creative, and of course revitalised ☺️ Jo is a wonderful host to guide you through the event and there always a lot of laughs. Getting to be creative with things like pottery and soap making is so good for the soul too. Would highly recommend and look forward to going on my next retreat!
