i want to say a big thankyou to tilly and his team at retreat, we had a couple of things that needed to get done with our van (one was owner error) so we dropped our van off to tilly and his team at their factory, i have never had such good customer service, these guys are simply the best, they have so much pride in their product and employ the best in the business to work on the van.
thank you tilly and team , what a pleasant surprise to Deal with a business who care and do what they say they will do, and beyond. we Love our daydream, if your thinking about getting one do yourself a favour and buy a retreat, you wont be disappointed . Thanks again

Within weeks of collection all the cupboards started delaminating along with numerous other defects. Over a year after delivery some things still haven’t been fixed. Gave up in the end and rectified myself at my expense.
Update 28 January 2025
Currently have a concern with the wiring of my break-away system. Sent an email on the 22nd December 2024. Have had email reply that they will bet back to me twice. Still waiting for an answer to my question.

Finally I have sold my retreat caravan what a waste of 90 thousand dollars I have never in my life had worse service from a company so much for family owned I owned earthmoving machines and brought new cars and they could all teach retreat how to provide warranty service. Were do we start day 1 could even get into the caravan the day it was delivered by the first service the bedroom cupboard were all stuffed from the front of the van not being sealed from the factory the shower drain rose up higher than the original floor blinds fall apart replaced with new ones I had to fit in the end trucked the caravan back to Queensland were I put it in storage at my expense while I waited for warranty work to start 12 months later it was going to get fixed then the excuses started about what was warranty and what wasn't so In the end I paid for stuff to be fixed could not be bothered with complete care waste of time

Completely mislead. Looking at a new Van at Newcastle Van show.. Was assured how important it is to Retreat ensuring customer takes delivery of Van that safe and legal for their tow vehicle. I expressed hesitation with the weight appropriateness for our tow vehicle but heavily persuaded that I was wrong. No need to worry! Signed the contract with trust in Retreat and their purported knowledge and experience. Paid $5000 deposit. Subsequently determined that I was right and Retreat was wrong. Parravan Heatherbrae was wonderful immediately assisting with $2000 refund- their share of the deposit. Retreat Vic - a complete disgrace - zero interest in any form of refund no compromise - couldn’t even get a conversation. Wiped their hands. Absolute appalling. Retreat its name - retreat from ever contemplating buying a Van from them

Would not recommend, their after sales warranty service is totally filled with lies and completely unprofessional for a supposed reputable and trusted company. Quite happy to take your hard earned savings but then nada. Contemplating legal action. Had to put 1 star but wish I didn't have to.

We soon will be on our 3rd Retreat and have nothing but praise for the service that we have had so far,we hope to take delivery of our new 2022 Whitsunday by the end of March 2022, the reason we like Retreat so much is there quality and comfort we would have know other brand of caravan. Keep up the good work Retreat.

Purchased a new Fraser 226R earlier this year. The team at Retreat were fantastic in helping us design a custom build that suits our needs.
Only minimal warranty work has needed to be carried out after enjoying over 3 months travelling north. These were dealt with extremely quickly thanks to Warranty Manager Greg Sevenich who quickly responded to emails swiftly and organised work to be carried out within 2 weeks.
