I will give a negative star if there is any. I feel so discriminated in this place. Obviously I am
asian mother with a toddler. The queue was long so I waited until no one was ordering so I don’t need to wait with my daughter. There were 2 staff making coffee, another one waiting for them to finish and another going in out and out of the service area. I basically stood in the counter for 5 mins and no one even say a word to say sorry for the wait. And when the barista girl look at me she said to wait. I waited and I heard that they talked about something and mentioned “diplomat” when the girl served me, she sounded that she doesn’t want to take my order. I know working in the cafe is a fast paced and so busy but it also includes customer service. I was so disappointed since I love the Old Parliament House. Don’t visit if you’re an Asian Mother who is not a Diplomat! They will not give attention to you
