Customer Service since moving to Kilkenny has gone out the window for the parts and services department, when trying to call them you get a excuse that they are unable to take calls...

I tried for a whole week every day sometimes twice a day at different times and was still unable to get through

Even when customer service send internal emails to the parts and service area they remain unanswered and don't follow up on customer enquiries

I can no longer recommend scooter world based on my recent experiences..

They are happy to sell the products but when you want parts at a later stage they appear to be not interested. Called into store 31st August with list of parts etc. Since then have been back to store once and called four times by phoned. Promised every time that they will get back to me the same day but not once have I had a call. It is now 10th October and still no contact. They are useless at after sales or parts. It is a shame that they don’t have a minus rating because it is what they deserve

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They helped me to find exactly what I needed without any sales pitch. They let you try out the products to make sure you are getting what you need and are happy to take as long as you want. They are extremely knowledgeable about the products they sell as well as giving me paperwork on the products to read and make sure it's what I wanted. I am happy to highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for anything to help life with a disability easier and more importantly independence.

It is without any doubt that after dealing with several gopher dealers that Scooter world comes out miles in front with their staff, service, the enormous choice and general appearance. Ashley and Joshua were very friendly with really good knowledge of their product. Would recommend them to anyone choosing a gopher.
