We had Nick visit our home for a birthday party for our little man. The visit was incredible! Both kids and adults were captivated by his presentation. His warmth, patience, and inclusivity made the event truly special, and we couldn’t have been happier. The educational and conservation focused element, along with the hands on experience with the animals definitely made for a party to remember. A life time memory for my 3 year old and all the kids present in the party.. one of the best experiences kids can have along with fun of touching, feeling and information about reptiles.. we would highly recommend reptile encounter services.. even the ambassadors was so fun loving and engaging.. just a WOW experience!! The expression of kids in the photos says it all about the amazing work ambassador have done and the amazing experience kids have had in the party ❤️

I can’t speak highly enough of Abbey and the Reptile Encounters team. The process of booking was easy and the customer service team were very helpful and professional. The animals seemed extremely healthy and were obviously expertly cared for, socialised and comfortable with their role in the show. Abbey, our reptile expert and party leader, was an absolute star. She was patient with our group of excited and slightly nervous children who ranged in age from 5 months to 7 years, and our grown ups who were also very excited to meet the animals. I would recommend Reptile Encounters to anyone wishing to include animals at their party.

My son and his friends had an absolute blast at Reptile Encounters! They were all so excited to handle the different reptiles and learn about them. The reptile ranger was incredibly patient and accommodating, especially with a group of 12 hyperactive 9-year-olds.

My son has been begging for a pet lizard ever since, and I think this experience helped solidify his love for these amazing creatures. We'll definitely be booking again in the future!

We had Reptile Encounters come to our house for my daughter's birthday. They were amazing, professional, and prompt. The animals were great and the kids' learnt heaps while having a great time. I cannot recommend them enough. 10 stars.

The HQ tour was great. Our host Josh was enthusiastic and shared his love to what he does and cares for with us. We had lots of fun holding, meeting and learning about the animals.

The Reptile Encounters (RE) Pathway Program has achieved what more traditional medical and allied health supports could not for my son. My son has worked alongside his RE facilitator and team, one afternoon every week since he was 10 years old, to learn to care for and enrich the lives of the many animals. It has enabled my son to escape his trauma and find some peace, whilst also catering to his abundant thirst to learn about our native wildlife. At RE he has found his tribe where he is surrounded by people whom are passionate about animals, accept him for who he is, and encourage him to try new tasks. The evidence is in the happy banter on the floor at headquarters when I arrive to pick him up, how we always fail to leave on time, and his willingness to perform all of the tasks including those that are less pleasant (yes that is cleaning up the poo!). Special mention to Roman (red-tailed black cockatoo) for patiently training my son on how to give commands, and Simba and Alba (dingoes) for enticing him to go for a walk.

I loved it! I bought the HQ Tour just for myself, for no particular event or reason lol. It was pretty much an impulse decision because I needed to get it out of my system and it was 100% worth it!

They have many animals; fish, turtles, snakes, frogs, lizards, marsupials, birds, owls, etc.
I got super lucky and a lot of the animals were hanging out and visible, and as the only person in the session I got all the best views~
I got to hold a leaf-tailed gecko, red-tailed black cockatoo, and olive python. The snake was definitely the highlight for me! I also got to pat a few bearded dragons, a brushtail possum, murray river (I think) turtle, and a dingo (!!!!). They were all super cute and tame!

Jarryd was amazing, and super knowledgeable, and all the staff were friendly and chill as well! 10/10 would recommend, even if you're just by yourself. Treat yourself~
