Definitely the place to go if you need more unique parts for the car. However, while they have lots, do your research before swapping to own brand products, as the size can vary slightly and their oil filter didn't quite fit into the tight space in my car - my fault

The two young men working on Sunday morning 8 Sep 24 were fantastic help. i had been to two other stores prior with no luck given the required part was a bit obscure. Despite the computer system not showing the part I needed, the workers helped in checking out multiple product adapters to find one that worked.

Dropped by to pick up a Click and collect. The staff was serving someone at the time, so I waited for my turn at the counter. During this time, the staff had directly made eye contact with me and were aware I was waiting. When the other customers had left, the staff member then promptly ignored me and decided to serve a man who had just wondered up (not to put a sale through but to ask a detailed question that the staff left the counter for). This is pretty consistent with most autoshops, as male staff often ignore female customers. Due to this, I usually use a different local auto shop where staff treat both genders the same; however, Repco was the only one in the area I was able to pick the item up from at the time. Another staff member who was serving someone else at the time (from the store floor) noticed I was still waiting when they came up to use the computer, and quickly grabbed by item when their customer was on the phone. If not for them, I would have rated one star. Prices may be good, but the experience was frustrating and I obviously won't be returning.

They are at one of the largest Tesla charging spots in Australia and don't stock Tesla parts like wiper blades. Sales staff pretty uninterested to help when I asked about removing my current blades. The only way brick and mortar can compete with online is on service and so good luck to stores like Repco…..

Ordered front discs for my 2020 nissan xtrail st aswell as bendix brakes on the 29 08 24. All wrong. Went to the bayswater store to exchange to find out there wasn't any more. Not happy Jan. My car wasn't finished by my mechanic because of missing parts. What a waist of time. I wouldn't recommend repco boxhill. They don't know there products even with my rego details.

Very bad shopping experience, you must check carefully when buying the goods. Because some of their products are not fully packaged. If you don't check, when you turn around and come back to them for a return, they will insist that you did it. It seems that it is not the store's responsibility to sell intact goods

Same day delivery 3km away, ordered 8am. 4 days later and no contact from them. Called customer service who told me "you should just call the store and theyll give you an ETA"
