What a fantastic restaurant. Really interesting menu, fabulous vegan options, super tasty food. The service was perfect - just attentive enough, but not in your face. They recommended when we were ordering too much food (and they were right). Great wine and Martini. Very cool vibe and well fitted out. We sat at the bar and watched one of the chefs do the cooking over coals. Such a great place to spend an evening.

Had an awesome experience.
Stopped in to try a gin flight.
Em was the perfect host.. knowledgeable, friendly, and made us feel extremely welcome.
We were blown away by the quality and flavours of everything we sampled. Couldn't leave without taking a few bottles with us.. will definitely visit again and encourage anyone visiting Bright to do the same.
Try the Chilli Koji.. you won't be disappointed 😃

What an awesome experience. The staff were really attentive and looked after us very well.

We were a group of 8 and all had a tasting, a cocktail and food. They even cooked us prawn toast from the dinner menu at lunch time which was super nice. I highly recommend it!

We went to this restaurant for dinner 25 January as my friend told me to try it as she likes the gin and food is alright. We tried to walk in as we didn't know we needed to make a booking. It was around 8 pm, and the lady who approached us asked if we had a reservation, and we said no. She said they are fully booked. The tone she gave us was very dismissive. It's like she can't wait to get us out of the door. We left and then we thought we can probably just try the gin since that is what we really wanted to experience why we went there. So we went back and asked the same girl. Nothing change same approached. She could have suggested to come back another day or if we want she can book us for the next day. But no. She just walked away after saying no, we can't get in. I understand the weekend for Bright was busy. But remember, it's not busy 365 days of the year. So you need to make an impression on those who missed out to come back again another time. But no I wouldn't come back to try their gin.

Great place to sip some gin and relax with some great food. We tried most of the menu which was delicious 😋

Notable dishes would be the Brussel sprouts, bird 🐔, duck 🦆, sourdough bread 🍞, Mushroom broth (Agebitashi). Wasn't so sure about the potato 🥔 salad and the beef 🍖 was a bit odd with cherry tomatoes 🍅.

Def would recommend the gin flight to try - the yuzushu (sweet) and the chilli koji were fantastic so we got some bottles for home!

Highly recommend this place if you love gin. Great house gins and helpful staff. You can also pick a bottle if you fancy. The place was our favourite for date nights while in Bright. The restaurants on the main strip get too busy, so this was a perfect cozy spot for us. The menu has more of bar accompaniments, but so good nonetheless. Will definitely visit again.
