The apartments are in a good location, the shops are a short walk as is the local tavern. The beaches and lagoon are approx 7-10minute drive. The apartment was of a good size. Our balcony didn’t have a view as such but it was quiet and private. Both bathroom and en suite were well equipped. The ensuite shower was a bit feeble. Just need to update the shower head and it’ll be good. The pool is on the smaller side but good enough to cool off in and relax.,The underground parking and lift access is useful too.

Very easy check in process with clear instructions. The room itself was very good and after a very long hot day it was good to have the air con on before I walked into the room so it was cool. The bed was comfortable, the TV worked a good, a good work bench, bathroom was good and a very nice balcony. The place has under cover parking, direct lifts to the room and a pool. What amazed me was how quiet it was inside my room despite being a busy Saturday night. Erin customer service from before my arrival to my departure very first class. I recommend this place one of the better ones I’ve stayed at worth the bit extra.

Room was noisy (adjacent to reception and very noisy neighbours).

The room has a foul smell.

The light/fan in the bathroom kept tripping the circuit breaker.

The location isn’t near anything special. The tavern across the road is pretty basic.

You’re not here for fine dining or sight seeing. Pure functional accommodation. Sleep and leave.

Overall good. Slightly let down by presence of mosquitos in room, let in by lack of fly screens. There was no fly spray in the room for a DYI solution. In our room we found the crockery and cutlery that was not clean. Late night arrival was well handled.

La Vida on Anzac is a little gem. Family run a d spotlessly clean. Roo.s are spacious, comfy bed and an easy walk to hear food and the water front. Totally recommend

Great conveniently located aparthotel in quiet area with big grocery store 5 minutes walking. Beach and cafes 5-10 mins walking distance. Safe parking garage, lift.|The apartment was lovely with terrace, air conditioned, clean with everything you need - kitchen, washing machine and dryer. Comfortable bed. Water pressure, hot water - all good.

The staff was nice. |We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend!

We had an amazing stay here. Room was very clean and comfortable. We booked the studio room and for us it was more than enough space. Everything was easy from booking to departure. The one thing we really noticed and loved was the staff. From the lady on reception so the service/cleaning staff we ran in to a few times in the basement car park....they were incredibly nice, friendly and polite. They've definitely hired some great people to work there so shout out to them! You all deserve to be appreciated.

AVOID THIS HOTEL LIKE THE PLAGUE !!!!!

stay elsewhere. its not worth the money, the room was dirty, had stains on the carpet and we spotted cockroaches in the morning. we now have bedbug bites and when we tried to bring up the issues we had with mark the manager, we got abused and threatened by him. the place is an overpriced hotel and it definitely isn't a 4 star hotel. more like a 2 star at best. the manager is arrogant, rude and has no idea about customer service. there's mould in the bathrooms, stains on the carpet and was there was dust everywhere. the oven was filthy. the tvs pixilated and half the channels didn't work. go elsewhere. certainly not worth 475 a night for an outdated room that you had to pay extra if you wanted towels or coffee sachets. a total rip off. you would pay less to stay at a 5 star hotel like the Hilton and get a way better room and avoid being abused by the manager for trying to inform him of any issues.

GO ELSEWHERE! UNLESS YOU LIKE ABUSIVE HOSTS!!!!
