I'm usually hyper-critical when it comes to takeaway food chains.
I love this Red rooster. The staff are all smiling and polite.
Food was clean and to order. Very important to me at the moment with a pregnant wife with super human taste buds.
Keep up the great work guys I'll be back

“Just run out of roast chicken” an hour and a half before closing, then it took three different staff members three attempts at getting my order in the bag correctly. Lucky I checked before driving off… three times. Plus tried to tell me “everything should be in the bag” before handing the bag to her to see for herself. Zero apologies from any of the three staff despite me being polite the whole time. It’s not a hard job, see order, put order in bag, be polite to customer. Maybe some more training is called for.
Update: Despite paying for four herb mayo we actually only got about 1.5….. one was not herb mayo and two were only a third full of herb mayo. These three young ladies need to be hauled over the coals.

Absolutely the worst take out I've had in a long long time. The chicken roll had 2 strips of chicken around the size of my middle finger on one of the chewiest rolls I've ever had. Chips looked and tasted like they were heated up and possibly cooked earlier that morning with a bucket load of salt. I would recommend driving right past this place given I'm sure you could find some really great fish and chips anywhere on Bribie for the $17 this rubbish cost me..... The young girl serving at the drive through window was lovely though!

Ordered online & order quickly fulfilled once we arrived at store. Order filled properly.

Store was small & clean, but 2 of the main screens weren't working.

We don’t often have takeaways. But today for lunch we decided to call into Bribie Red Rooster…. BIG MISTAKE…. Will not return. Our order was messed up. The young lady who took our initial order through drive through obviously did not listen. I had to repeat my order twice. I specifically asked for freshly cooked chips as well. Then when we got to the window she read the order out and it was wrong AGAIN… The wrap was thrown together obviously, it looked like a dogs breakfast. The chips were disgusting obviously left overs from a previous order thrown back into the friers and were dark brown and soggy. Even our 4 year old made a comment about the chips being yucky… he didn’t eat them. There that’s our disappointing experience at Red Rooster Bribie Island to say the least …. This of the cuff decision to have take away COST ALMOST $40. Absolutely highway robbery no

Messed up our order. Ordered multiple items and they completely forgot a meal, didn’t put sauces in other meals at all. Staff were polite when we complained and fixed the issues but driving back and forth was very inconvenient

I had a classic roast and asked for the wing/breast portion and also confirmed when I paid for it. I get home and it's not what I asked for, very disappointing won't be returning
