We've attend Rebound regularlly for the last 5+ years. When we attended today I was disappointed with the standard of the centre. The centre was clean and we recieved good service from the staff but it was very clear that the playground itself is in serious need of repairs and maintanance.
Netting was broken, safety padding had fallen off, some things were held together with duck tape, ripped fabirc in the toddler area, broken trampolines and none of the ball shooting machines work (although they haven't worked for sometime).
We normally love coming to Rebound but I question the safety of the centre and will now take my kids elsewhere.

The centre is pretty good for kids, but the current owners seem very determined to keep their overheads to a minimum which is to the detriment of their business. There is never enough staff on and you often have to wait several minutes to get any service. Usually no apology for the wait either and no thank you when you buy something. They need to learn some customer service and actually spend a bit of money to keep the food side of things running a bit better and also spend some money on maintenance, rather than patching up things or neglecting them. As I type this they're sure 9 people at the counter, nobody serving them.

Great kids play place. Always extremely clean and all the staff are hard working and very pleasant. The place is maintained very well with close attention to detail.

Discriminated against a child for a non contagious medical condition and told said child and parent to leave the centre after they already had to endure another parent loudly accusing them of having diseases… disgusting behaviour…! —5/10 do not waste your time at this venue

Nice and safe place for kids to spend their energy on the giant trampoline and jumping castle. Good for small birthday parties.

Rebound Kialla has different areas that cater to all ages groups including children younger than 4. Whilst I've been to larger trampoline centres this place makes exceptionally good use of the space they have

Absolutely filthy, floors are filthy, toilets and toilet walls are disgusting, employee wiping tables with a old dirty cloth

It's a fantastic spot for the weekend! The staff is super friendly, and they serve the best chips in Shepparton. Dru is both professional and friendly with a big, warm heart. Milla, one of the staff members, is very respectful and a great worker. We go there every Saturday because my kids love it.
