Professional and thorough agent. . Ross along with his team were always very thorough from the initial appraisal inspection to the final sale. Ross took the time to fully inspect the property giving us excellent feedback over and above what other agents gave us or saw; several couldn't even be bothered walking the backyard. As we are not locals, Ross helped provide the tradesman and oversee a few minor maintenance issues prior to the property going on the market and also during the sale process while we were overseas.
Both Ross and his partner Peter Cox expressed the potential of the property which gave us great confidence that we chose the right agents.
Ross and Peter followed us up immediately after each inspection, so we knew exactly who our potential market was.
