My fiancé and I just returned from Bali where I had planned a surprise proposal - I contacted Maddison and Greg at realescapes about the clifftop proposal package months beforehand and were ecstatic with the results 🙂

The whole time leading up to the big day they were very clear and fast with their responses, helping with any questions I had along the way.

They organised everything from the set up, driver for the day as well as a professional photographer and took away all the stress!

It exceeded my expectations by far and my now fiancé loved every part of it. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to do the same!

A few weeks ago, my girlfriend and I went on a trip to Bali. I decided it would be the perfect opportunity to propose and subsequently reached out to Real Escapes to help me plan the special moment. Real Escapes were extremely helpful, informative and organized. They helped me to put together the best package and, regardless of a slight time constraint, they were able to pull together the perfect proposal package at short notice.

Needless to say, the proposal set-up was absolutely perfect and I was able to let go of all the planning to focus all my attention on asking the big question. It was a perfectly beautiful moment, and I could not have asked for better.

I started looking for an events coordinator last August 2022. I was messaging with a handful of them, however the one that stood out was Real Escapes. I did my research and read a lot of good reviews from their social media. I was able to communicate with Nadine, she was right from the start got my concept for my 40th Birthday Celebration and Surprise Vow Renewal. She was able to gather a very good suppliers from the Food Catering, Decors, Host, DJ, Vow Renewal Celebrant, Photographer, Make-up and Mobile bar. I feel so lucky as I was able to do a google search about Real Escapes, as I was living abroad and was quite hesitant that I will be able to pull off the concept that I was visualising in my head for the party. But Alas! Really was blessed to have them, specially Nadine who was very helpful all throughout. We exchanged messages for the next couple of months and she accommodated all my request including a Piñata, and a traditional Balinese sit-down dinner and last minute Make-up and Photographer. The decor was phenomenal too from the Balloons to the Nacho bar and table set-up. The party was a blast, I got all of my guest cry and laugh at the same time. My husband also got emotional because of the surprise Vow Renewal (we were able to keep to all of the guests, including my husband). There are not enough words to say, THANK YOU. They have been amazing with the details and timely exchange of messages from day one. Highly recommended, and hey, they do not overprice at all! We really got a lot more from the experience from what we paid for. From the bottom of my heart, Thank you Nadine and Team! You all have been amazing, we will never forget this (my guests has still been speaking of the event til now). Well done and more power to Real Escapes!

I just recently had my 30th and it couldn’t have been better. Everything was organised for me, exactly how I wanted it. Balloons and pool lettering looked amazing, cocktails were insane, food was delicious and the service from the staff made us feel like royalty! Truely an unforgettable night!

I cannot recommend Real Escapes enough. I had a vision for my best friends hens party and they bought it to life! Everything was easy from the get go, communication, they kept me in the loop with everything and affordable pricing. Everything was booked in, I received phone calls from the sex toy party host, the limo and the topless waiter to confirm everything and they were all 10 minutes early. Planning a NYE/birthday party at our Bali villa with Real Escapes Events was an absolute game-changer! From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Greg and the entire team were an absolute dream to work with. They made sure every detail was perfect and the planning process was smooth sailing. No request was too big or small for them—they truly went above and beyond.

When the big night arrived, I was blown away. Every single supplier arrived on time, impeccably prepared thanks to the meticulous briefing! The private chefs surpassed our expectations, delivering some of the best food we ate the whole trip (and trust me, we indulged in some amazing meals there!) The donut wall was a hit, the pool toys added an extra splash of fun, the bartenders didn’t miss a beat and the DJ had the perfect playlist, setting the tone for an unforgettable evening.

What impressed me most was how seamlessly the night flowed, without a single hiccup. Planning an event overseas can be nerve-wracking, but Real Escapes Events made it an absolute breeze.
