Disappointed in their customer service. Emailed Perth rep, Carla and had to chase her up for tour availability, in the end I just gave up and booked through another company.

In reply to email below, I was never told in the email that the dates I wanted were not available. I was just given dates and then when I repeatedly asked for the dates I wanted, I received no reply.
