Great customer service. A great way to get the grandchildren to burn off some energy. While the parents are on a mini break. Food was delicious and reasonably priced. Very clean. Would come back again. They also have alternative coffee & milk options which was a great surprise. My decaf lactose free latte was the best. I went to this place with my children now their children 🦋

Great place for the kids to really have fun and let loose. Plenty of play things to keep them interested and occupied and the adults are catered for with a cafe area. There’s both indoor and outdoor seating with good quality food.
Birthday parties are fully catered for too

If I could give zero stars I would. The whole place is disgusting and needs to shut down for a week and clean every single thing. Let me start by saying understand kids are messy and times are tough but get another staff member to clean!!! the place doesn’t look like they’ve even tried to clean. The floors are filth, sticky, grimey and dirt all over them. They have insulation all over the floors and tables as they have birds living in the roof up there picking out the insulation and dropping it. The birds come down and eat your food when you’re not looking. We watched it happen the whole time we were there. Every crease in the soft play had thick dust and dirt and food in there. They need to get a vacuum with an attachment that they can walk around and easily suck up the dust and dirt in those areas. The tables and table cloth are disgusting, you can see the murky streaks from not cleaning properly. This place should be shut down this is not fit for children and babies!!!! I can’t imagine what the kitchen looks like… Don’t take your kids here. It might be cheaper than the other places but it’s not worth it. I have returned multiple times to see if it will change and I have never seen an improvement. They need a staff member on just for cleaning and tidying. Hair everywhere, toys aren’t cleaned they should just throw them out if they aren’t going to wipe over anything. I can’t stress enough that it looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months, and if it has it would be the quickest boggiest ‘clean’ ever. My kids and myself jump straight into the shower after leaving that place. GROSS. The staff clearly don’t care either because if they did they’d dedicate each afternoon to a good clean after close. These are kids for god sake.. that put everything and anything into their mouth. The cloths for the coffee machine never look washed either. Let me also add there were bird droppings in the play area, so what are those birds doing after close? Clearly flying around and landing on the equipment. Do you know how many kids could pick up that insulation and eat it? So careless and vile. Especially after ready other reviews and photos they don’t care or have changed. I’ve already reported everything. Shut it down and CLEAN !!

This place needs a really good clean. The floor in the play area is sticky. Most equipment is very dated and covered in thick layers of dust. Would not come here again.

I used to enjoy taking my young daughter to the centre but recently attended and boy has it gone down hill. After reading the reviews I can see that it’s been taken over by new owners and the standard now is bad.

I ordered my daughter a strawberry donut which came out to us stale and looking an off colour. I notified the staff who simply bought a same looking donut from the same batch. Only this time they had but in the microwave to try and mask the staleness.

Please avoid this place at all costs

Took my 1 and a half year old daughter here last weekend and don't think I would bother again considering the amount of options there are to take the little ones.

Seemed to me to not be very clean. They have a big roller door like the rest of the warehouses in the area that was left open so it was freezing cold and there were birds flying in and out the whole time.

The other problem I found being with such a small child was that there were older kids just jumping the fences of the younger areas and nearly smashing into my daughter countless times in which I don't expect the parents to be paying attention as it's far to easy to have kids and people suck, but there was no overwatch from the staff to make sure anyone is following the rules.

Tldr: Place is dirty and there is no sense of safety with small children due to rules not being followed and no consequences for breaking rules.

The fence shown in the photo is not the same as what they have now. The new fences there might be a metre high at most

Amazing and friendly centre! We found them the other day after recently moving to the area. All the staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to accomodate our son close to closing on his birthday. They were lovely, our 2 year old had the best time running around the facilities.

Coffee machine needs a clean, has an odd taste.
Hot chips were tasty, kids had a ball.
Needs a little bit of updating. Website photos do not match reality. Jumping castle should really be packed away if it's not fully inflated.
Baby area was fun so was the ball pit.
Staff super nice.
Would not go again however the monkeys really loved the metal slide.
