I hired this hall to hold my baby shower with my fiancé and family, after paying my $250 deposit I was told if any balloon decorations are to go to the ceiling I would be charged an extra $1200 to get them down. I spent an hour cleaning with over 5 different people and still was only granted $50 back as it the kitchen was claimed to be “dirty”.

I hired this hall and the fridge didn't work. Also the oven didn't work too full potential, I had problems with the electrical system and couldn't keep our food warm. After all that I paid a $1250 deposit and after two weeks haven't received any of my deposit back. I've payed extra for cleaning and have been told that I have had utilities not left clean. I checked all the hall before I left and it was spotless before I left the premises. In the time I hired the hall I had other people come in obviously double booked.
